Jordan graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition, and subsequently returned to the Bay Area to excel in pharmaceutical sales with Wyeth Laboratories for over ten years. He joined the Real Estate profession as his three children approached their middle school and high school years.

A current Menlo Park resident, he is well-connected and actively involved in the community.
